Where does the money come from?
The bowl is a wallet that holds $HALLOWEENIE, the same as any holder. pump.fun pays it treats in $PUMP on every round, the same as any holder. Those treats are what go to the dogs. Nobody is asked to donate anything.
How does it get to the rescue?
Every 5 minutes a sweep moves everything in the bowl's $PUMP account to a sweep wallet, in full. The sweep wallet swaps it to SOL and sends the SOL to Hope For Paws's address at The Giving Block, which turns it into dollars for the rescue and issues a receipt. There is no minimum on the sweep, no "pending", and no person deciding when. Every hop is a transaction you can open.
Why The Giving Block? Why not send $PUMP straight to the rescue?
Because the rescue would be stuck holding a token it has to figure out how to sell. The Giving Block is the processor most US animal rescues already use for crypto; it takes SOL, converts it, and pays the rescue in dollars. The address it gave us is ours alone and permanent, so anyone can watch it receive.
What stops the sweep from taking the bag?
The sweep runs on its own key, which the bowl has approved only as a delegate on its $PUMP account. On Solana that approval is per token account, so that key cannot move $HALLOWEENIE or SOL out of the bowl no matter what. The approval itself is on-chain. Treats pass through the sweep wallet for minutes, and the page shows what is in transit.
Does the bowl ever sell its bag?
No. The bag stays put and keeps earning. The wallet is public, so anyone can check at any time.
What if the sweep stops?
The page reads the chain, not our word. If treats pile up in the bowl and no sweep goes out, this page says the sweep is late. Say so on X and it gets fixed.
Who picks the rescues?
Hope For Paws is first. After that, holders vote on X between rescues that take crypto through The Giving Block, so the money can keep moving on its own. Each switch is a new address, and the old ones stay in the list above.
